Expohogar is organized by the Association of Commercial Agents of Barcelona, CIF Q-0873007-I, located at Casp 130, 08013 Barcelona, Spain, and registered in the Public Register of Professional Associations of Catalonia, dated on October 16, 1984, under registration number AC/B-2. 2. Object

This website (www.expohogar.com), is owned by COACB has been created and designed to publicize and allow general access by all Internet users to the information, activities, products and various services, their own or those of third parties, of the Expohogar show.

The purpose of this Legal Notice is to establish the General Conditions that regulate the access and general use of the aforementioned website by all users, so that access and use of it necessarily implies submission and acceptance of the aforementioned General Conditions included in this Legal Notice.

COACB reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update of the contents and services, of these access and use provisions and, in general, of any elements that make up the design and configuration of its website. For this reason, it is recommended that the user read the general conditions carefully and carefully each time they want to enter and use them, since they may undergo some modification(s).

3. Website access

Users can access the website free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the Internet Access Provider (ISP) contracted on their own.

The use of the website by any person attributes the status of user, who must have the legal capacity to contract and representation necessary to contract, who accepts that the use is under his or her exclusive responsibility.
